What to See and Do
Widely considered the most beautiful place in America, Sedona was a rural ranching community far off the beaten path until its unsurpassed natural beauty was discovered through the motion picture industry. Now it attracts more than 4 million visitors each year from around the world.
Sedona is also internationally known for the uplifting power of its Vortex Meditation sites. Within a very small geographical radius you can find all the different types of vortexes.
One of Sedona’s more distinctive man-made attractions is the Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village. Meaning “the best of everything”, the shopping center has become home to 40 unique shops filled with the works of local artisans and craftsmen.
Sedona’s ever-changing light has attracted artists working in all mediums. There are now more than 40 galleries.
